Your enquiry
We collect the answers you submit and your contact information to review your request, contact you and discuss suitable care options. Please avoid unnecessary medical detail and only share someone else’s information with appropriate permission.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in Supabase with restricted access. Operational notifications include a limited summary for Caretu. Hosting and email supplier details must be completed before launch. We will discuss relevant information sharing before an introduction.
Your choices
Service contact concerns your enquiry. Optional marketing permission is separate and can be withdrawn. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing us; applicable rights and retention obligations will be explained in the final notice.
Website measurement
Optional advertising tracking is off unless you choose to allow it. You can change your choice through Cookie settings. The enquiry does not send your name, contact details or care answers to Meta.
Before launch
The operator must approve the legal basis for processing, sensitive information handling, retention, processor and transfer details, full rights information and complaint route. This draft is not a completed compliance assessment.
