Complete our short Find Care enquiry. Tell us where care is needed, what support might help and how to contact you. You can choose “not sure” when you need guidance.
2. Talk it through
We’ll review your enquiry and call as soon as reasonably possible. We’ll listen to your circumstances, priorities and questions, including how care may be funded.
3. Explore suitable options
We help identify care providers or options that may suit your circumstances. Availability and suitability vary. You decide what to explore, and any care arrangement is agreed with the provider.
Our role
Caretu is a care connector, not a care provider. We may receive fees from providers for introductions, referrals or placements. We’ll explain any relevant arrangement when discussing an introduction.
