Does Caretu provide care?
No. Caretu helps people explore suitable providers and options. Care is delivered by the provider you choose and agree arrangements with.
Can I enquire for someone else?
Yes. You can enquire for a parent, partner, family member, friend or someone you support professionally. Please only share information you have permission to provide.
Do I need an account?
No. Complete the enquiry and give us a name and telephone number. Email is optional.
What happens after I submit?
Once your enquiry is saved, you’ll see a confirmation. We’ll review it and contact you as soon as reasonably possible. We do not guarantee a specific response time.
Do I have to be interested in Shared Care?
No. We help with conventional care at home too. Shared Care is an optional area to explore through the same enquiry.
How does Caretu earn money?
Caretu may receive fees from care providers for leads, introductions, referrals or successful placements. We’ll explain relevant arrangements when discussing options.
Is this an emergency service?
